Conference Program Advertisement

TNTESOL invites our vendors and sponsors to advertise in our annual conference program. Below are the advertisement rates and digital submission requirements.

 1/2 Page
 $250.00     BACK COVER*
 Full Page  $500.00   *Sponsorship of front or back cover waives all conference registration and Friday night event fees  

Digital Submission Requirements:

The preferred file type for advertisements is JPEG  (.jpg) file with fonts and images embedded. 

All artwork must have a resolution of 300 dpi at 100% size for print, and please save as CMYK. Line art images should be at 1200 dpi (eg. Illustrations in bitmap mode). Send all artwork to:

TNTESOL offers two ways of submitting payment: credit card or check. Your credit card option will appear once you have registered.  You will be prompted to the PayPal site. If you are paying by check, mail to:
